I am Andrei (Andrew), a car and cinematographer. By accessing my website and using my services, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. My services

I offer photo services in the field of automotive, motorsport and other types of photography, as well as photo prints, according to the offers displayed or sent directly.

2. Commands and schedules

Once we confirm a photo session, the reservation becomes firm. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in lei and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made according to the established agreement (cash, bank transfer, etc.).

4. Copyright

All photos taken belong to me according to the Copyright Law. The client receives the right to personal or commercial use, according to the contract.

5. Limitation of liability

I cannot be held responsible for delays or problems caused by external factors, such as adverse weather, technical malfunctions or other unforeseen situations.

6. Modification of terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the site.
